This page explains what data we collect on the Sofli professional portal, what it is used for and how you can control it. It applies to profissional.sofli.pt.
Sofli is the data controller. Address: Rua da Zona Industrial 1185, 4580-565 Lordelo, Paredes, Portugal. For any question about your data, write to info@sofli.pt.
In the access request form: company name, VAT number, country, business type, estimated volume, contact name, role, email, phone and, optionally, the company website.
While browsing, and only if you accept measurement cookies: pages viewed, language, approximate country, device type and traffic source. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
Form data is used to validate the professional profile, open the B2B account and get in touch with you. It is stored in our CRM.
Browsing data is used to understand what works on the portal and improve the service. We do not sell data and we do not use it for personalised advertising.
The access request relies on your consent and on the pre-contractual steps you asked for when submitting the form.
Usage measurement relies solely on your consent, given in the cookie banner. Until you accept, no measurement cookie is written.
The Sofli sales team and the providers hosting our infrastructure: Supabase (database, European Union), Vercel (portal hosting) and Google Analytics (measurement, with consent only). All of them process the data on our behalf and under contract.
Rejected or unanswered requests: 12 months. Active accounts: for the duration of the commercial relationship and then the statutory retention period. Measurement data: 14 months.
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing, by writing to info@sofli.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, in Portugal the CNPD.
sofli_lang: stores the language you chose. Required for the site to work.
sofli_consent: stores your choice about measurement cookies, for 6 months.
Google Analytics cookies (_ga and similar): written only after you accept. They count visits and show the path through the portal.
Session cookies for the private area: required to keep you signed in.
